March memory verse: “Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me.” Psalm 51:10 (KJV)
WORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES—All worship is live stream only--PLEASE JOIN US!!
Tonight—Friday, March 20. We will stream a worship concert from our worship team. This will be an uplifting time of worship and praise for the whole family.
Sunday, March 22—9:00 a.m. Traditional and 11:00 a.m. Contemporary services live streamed. The message, “Living with Purpose” will be delivered by Pastor Jay. The proclamation reading is Philippians 3:12 - 4:1.
Wednesday, March 25—7:00 p.m. Live stream Lent 4 service. The message, “Every Tongue Confess,” will be delivered by Ken Coughlan. The proclamation reading is Philippians 2: 5-11.
Communion: We are now offering “traveling communion kits.” As Pastor Jay mentioned last weekend during service, it is okay to worship without taking communion. Many churches do not have communion each week. We are still forgiven by God’s grace. However, we understand many of you feel this normalizes worship which is why we are making these available. Each kit will have consecrated wafers and wine (for intinction) to hold communion at home and/or with your small groups during our live stream services. We ask that you pick up your communion kit between 10:00 am and noon tomorrow, Saturday, March 21 for those of you who would like one.
Neighbor Check-in: In the midst of everything shutting down, one thing that has not stopped is our call to let the light of Christ shine to others. One way to do that is by using the attached "Neighbor Check-in" cards. You may print them out and distribute them to your neighbors, or pick some up in the Narthex tomorrow along with your communion kit. Simply write your name and contact info in the blank and let your neighbors know that you are here for them, understanding that if our neighbors do decide to reach out to us, we assume the responsibility of helping them. This is a great opportunity for us to share Christ to those around us!
