• WHAT does my small group mean to me??? in one word --- LIFELINE...there is no way my family would have survived the Summer of 2004 without our beloved Small Group, The God Squad...when my husband's cancer returned and he was hospitalized for aggressive cancer treatments, these wonderful people surrounded our family...a day did not go by without one or two or more of our "new family" members coming to the hospital...not only did they pray for him and visit with him, but they took care of me --- one stayed with me for hours as he went through surgery, another one brought me lunch in the ICU, still another came to sit with me while I cried on one of his worst days of side effects...they brought meals to our house and they sent cards of cheer...the thing is --- we barely knew these 12 people --- two couples we had never even met before --- and they were there for us...they knew how to be obedient servants of God + knew how to fulfill His purpose of fellowship...two years later, we as a small group continue to pray for each other and support each other and help each other out through our different seasons of life…we remain close and I know we will always be, as our bright yellow t-shirts say “friends eternally”…Thank You, God Squad, for all your love and compassion, and most of all your friendship. • WHEN the first church wide Bible study was offered  at Trinity God moved me. Ever since that time, our life has never been the same.  Our group is still going strong and when we don't meet, we so miss each other. We have all grown in our love for the Lord and in home Bible studies we are encouraged to open up our Bibles more.

I was so scared  that first night when we met, but everyone was so open and helped me get through that first night; and ever since then, our group has done and will do every church wide in home study that is offered to us. We truly have grown to love each other and accept each other as brothers and sisters who love Christ.

Small groups are where people become family as they develop trusting relationships. Here people give and receive care and move their focus towards service for others.

Trinity can be intimidating for new people who might feel lost in the crowd. Though people come to the church for many different reasons they generally stay for one - relationships. At Trinity Ev. Church we believe that Small Groups are one of the best contexts for developing solid Christian relationships. In a Small Group, you have the opportunity to not only be loved and accepted, but to develop friendships with others who are discovering what it means to follow Jesus! There are multiple types of groups which offer a place for developing friendships while enjoying mutual interests.
