Smart Discipline® is a 90-minute program for parents and teachers interested in getting their kids and students to cooperate without raising their voice. Smart Discipline® teaches how to establish a few simple rules while employing an easy-to-use system. It helps children learn responsibility for their behavior, while building their self-esteem with rewards for doing the right thing.
