HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
Celebrate Recovery meets EVERY Thursday evening in the former sanctuary. There is
no pre- registration or sign-up. Enter from the Route 7 parking lot.
- Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for dessert & fellowship.
- 8:00-9:00 p.m. - Group Discussion

WHO NEEDS IT?
Anyone can participate in Celebrate Recovery. Open to all hurts, hang-ups and habits such as but not limited to: Alcohol and Drug addiction, pornography, domestic abuse, anger, co-dependency, eating disorders, etc.

WHY CELEBRATE RECOVERY?
The purpose of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church’s Celebrate Recovery ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the "8 Recovery Principles." This experience allows us to "be changed." We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God's grace in solving our lives' problems. By working and applying these Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power - Jesus Christ, the one and only true Higher Power.
If you know someone who needs to break the grip of addictive behaviors, please invite them to Celebrate Recovery every Thursday night in the former sanctuary.

WHO LEADS IT?
Celebrate Recovery is conducted by Christians who have been through 12-step recovery themselves. They understand. Many of them have been dealt tragic blows in their lives. Our choices cause painful and lingering consequences, leading to guilt, remorse, grief, and shame. These individuals can truly understand and lead others in recovery.

DON'T WALK THROUGH DIFFICULT TIMES ALONE.
Our pastors are available to provide compassionate counsel and prayer. They may even be able to provide those in our church family and community that are struggling with more critical needs with appropriate referrals.
