Children's Sunday School

Each Sunday, children are encouraged to join us and receive their Godly lesson presented on an interactive basis that will enable them to learn and experience the love and character of Jesus Christ as they continue to grow in becoming fully-devoted disciples.

We invite your family to come and experience our interactive teaching approach that not only demonstrates but assists the children to visualize and feel first-hand the love of God this weekend!

Children's Sunday School is offered at both worship services of 9:00 am (Traditional) and 10:45 am (Contemporary), where ALL of the children begin their worshipping experience in their respective classrooms.

Every classroom is supplied with a teacher and a classroom helper who anxiously awaits the arrival of your children so that they can share the Word of the Lord with them.

Children's Church is planned to occur three times this year on back-to-back weekends allowing ALL children to go through the motions and actions of the "Big Church" and occupy the official positions of ushers, greeters, readers and musical praise.

At our 9:00 am session, children ages 3 through Grade 5 encounter forty-five (45) minutes of interactive biblical lessons. We ask that a parent accompany their children to their respective classroom for attendance. Prior to sharing the Holy Communion experience, ALL Sunday School children will rejoin their family each week in worship.

Ages 3 through Kindergarten receive an age appropriate Godly experience they can understand, incorporating their need to touch, see, hear, and sometimes even taste!

Grades 1 - 5 children enjoy a combined class environment that offers unforeseen depth to the interactive lesson dialogue and activities that are sure to spark comprehension on all levels.

Our 10:45 am session is a bit more expanded as reflected below. We ask that a parent accompany their children to their respective classroom for attendance. Parents of children ages 3 through Kindergarten attending Sunday School are asked to collect them from their classrooms following your worship experience.

Each age group has the pleasure of enjoying their own Godly space that enables their flexibility of creativity to comprehend and explore their interactive weekly biblical journey on a deeper scale.

The Holy Communion experience is shared for those in classes Grades 1 – 6 by joining with their family each week in worship.
 
 
Ø
 
 
Ages 3 through Kindergarten remain in their biblical interactive environment for the entire worship service, learning of God's gifts and love through music and motion.
 
 
Ø
 
 
Grades 1 - 5 participate in age appropriate biblical journeys, assisting in their understanding and comprehension of the Word and all of the rewards that life has to offer by being one of God's disciples.

Grade 6 is a NEW class that comes full-circle where our youth will be “bridging” their Godly teachings in preparation for their next transition – Confirmation when they begin in Grade 7.

Weeks 1 & 3 – The youth will join their families in worship.

Weeks 2 & 4 – The youth have class time where their will receive their own interactive lesson.

Weeks 5 – The youth will be “giving back” by assisting in a Sunday School class as a class mentor/helper.
